Well he did it again! Cody has been raising two pigs this year for the stockshow and he walked away with a lot of awards. Here is what he got:The first pig (Lilly) received only a third place in the weight class. Lilly had hurt her hip a few days before the show and the judge picked up on that right away.
The other pig (Penelope) received first place in the heavy weight class. Then Grand Champion for its breed and finally overall Reserve Champion!! He received this beautiful belt buck to go with the Reserve champion. It is 5 inches long and 4 inches wide! Cody was able to sell both of his pigs and make a pretty good profit.
There is so much work that goes into getting ready for the stockshow. Everyday after school and on the weekends, Cody had to walk (exercise) his pigs and feed them. We are proud of his great accomplishments.

Tiff, that is so amazing that Cody is so responsible at his age. Most children have to be forced just to feed and walk a dog! What an amazing young man your raising! Congrats on his Belt Buckle and awards!!
